Keep the original list and the reviewed result aligned
Provide a stable file revision and line IDs, with one configuration per line. When the same Family appears in different lengths, capacities or conditions, preserve those differences rather than combining the quantities.
Request preparation checklist

| Review output | A separate status for each line, proposed alternatives and a visible list of unanswered questions. |
Review and acceptance boundary
Do not include account credentials or unrelated personal data in attachments. File acceptance is not automatic parsing or technical approval. The request workspace can prepare a BOM, but BOM-only and mixed-line submission are currently unavailable. Preparing a list does not submit a request.
